The People, Culture and Wellbeing Charter / Quality Mark are national accreditations for Employers.
Weston College was the first education institution to achieve the People, Culture and Wellbeing Quality Mark. This accreditation was presented to the College’s Assistant Principal Ben Knocks and Caroline Pringle, HR Director.
At the two year review (May 2024) this is what Ben and Caroline had to say, "The College was exceptionally pleased of the outcome from the rigorous assessment of the quality mark and has been key in further developing what we do for the wellbeing of staff, students and the overall culture of the organisation.
The assessment is supportive and well structured, which allowed us to build an evidence base that effortlessly celebrates what we do, but also identified our own areas for development. The subsequent report from AAL has proved as a guiding document for us over the last 24 months and has seen us implement a number of new initiatives to meet the recommendations.
In the last 24 months, the College has further invested in this key area of work and has seen some important and impactful outcomes that further improves the wellbeing of staff and students."
