At AAL, lived experience is at the heart of everything we do. We believe training grounded in real-life insight can be powerful, transformative, and deeply meaningful, but it also deserves to be recognised and held to high standards. That’s why we created the Lived Experience Training Hub: to support grassroots organisations, community groups, and lived experience trainers in developing and accrediting their own programmes.
We know how much time, care, and effort goes into creating training from a lived experience perspective—especially in grassroots spaces where resources can be limited. Our accreditation process is collaborative and supportive, helping you build on your strengths while ensuring your course meets clear, recognised benchmarks of quality and consistency.
