Our Team
AAL is led by experienced professionals with deep expertise in learning and development, organisational culture, quality assurance, and coaching. Many have held senior roles in awarding organisations and hold teaching, assessment, and verification qualifications.
We are passionate about lived experience, valuing the insight, skills, and voices that shape meaningful learning, and we embed this approach across everything we do.
